Asian Development Bank collaborated with TeleTaleem to implement an innovative Technical Assistance (TA) project to explore and design strategies for effective and broad based integration of Information Communication Technologies (ICT) in Basic Education & TVET.

Under the research component of the project, Dech Enterprise organized a workshop in Lahore to understand gaps in the adoption of ICT, access potential, strengths and weaknesses of eLearning solutions and identify institutional and social challenges in the implementation of these solutions.
